Future-Proofing My Leadership Begins With Me 

As a leader, how do you equip yourself to lead organisations in this increasingly
volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment?

In this workshop, participants will future-proof their leadership by exploring three important skills that leaders will need to lead progressive  organisations - sensemaking, stakeholder management, and structured innovation. Sensemaking will help give leaders an alternative way to understand business challenges involving shifts in human behaviour. Stakeholder management equips 
leaders to strategically manage individuals and groups that affect an organisation’s objectives. And structured innovation helps an organisation create real opportunities for change.

This leadership programme will be facilitated using a blend of reflective exercises,
discussions, experiential exercises, action-learning, role plays, profiling, lectures,
coupled with hands-on exercises and practical handles. Participants will be required
to share their workplace experiences for discussion during the programme.

3 Workfare Training Support (WTS) - Singaporeans aged 35 and above (13 years and above for persons With disabilities) and earn not more than S$2,000 per month, may enjoy subsidies up to 95% of the programme fee.
4 Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) - SME-sponsored employees (Singaporean Citizens and PRs) may enjoy subsidies up to 90% of the programme fee. For more information, visit
5 Eligible organisations (excluding government entities) may apply for the absentee payroll funding via SkillsConnect at for Singaporean/permanent resident participants attending the programme during working hours.
