The Bridge to Significance (BTS) programme is designed specially to guide senior executives in navigating their Third Transition from a successful career to a significant life. Be it helping individuals with legacy planning or organisations with succession planning for their senior leaders, the BTS focuses on introspection and realignment, providing you with the clarity and insight you need to enthusiastically embrace the transition and take purposeful action in the next chapter.
