Course Objectives
The research is clear - organisations with strong and healthy cultures do better. They perform better economically, attract better talent and groom and retain the talent. This is the same for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as multinational corporations (MNCs). Learn more about organisational culture and how as a leader, you can impact the culture of your organisation for the better.

This leadership course will be facilitated using a blend of reflective exercises, discussions, experiential exercises, action-learning, role plays, profiling, lectures, coupled with hands-on exercises and practical handles. Participants will be required to share their workplace experiences for discussion during the course.

Mr. Dennis Ng
Dennis Ng is a people leader that is
purpose focused and values centered in the quest for excellence. He has
successfully led and transformed public and private sector entities
through organisation change initiatives as well as capabilities and
capacity building. With customised organisation change management and
human resource development intervention, Dennis has successfully
facilitated organisations and corporations to shape their business
culture, developed leadership team effectiveness and nurtured talents to
meet business needs and growth. He has vast experience in collaborating
with the Board, HR partners and business leaders from the government
agencies, Keppel Singmarine, Singapore Institute of Management, Maybank,
Rhodium Resources, Lobb Heng Group and Nakilat-Keppel Offshore &
Marine at Qatar.
As a core member of the Singapore Army’s transformation programme,
he led organisational intervention initiatives to heighten force
readiness and operating capabilities, implemented Army-wide
Team-learning pedagogy and shaped organisation culture in business
entities merger and integration exercises. Dennis also helmed senior
leadership positions in the recreational club industry and successfully
restructured a complex resort with strong service culture. One of
Dennis’ core specialisations is in the area of executive coaching and he
has coached executive leaders and young talents in Asia, the Middle
East and Europe.
Dennis holds a Masters degree in Education and Human Resource
Development from George Washington University. He is also a recipient of
the Singapore Public Administration Medal (Military). Dennis is a
certified Action Learning Coach by the World Institute for Action
Learning, an Executive Coach of Linkage Asia and the Singapore Armed
Forces, a business transformation facilitator of A*STAR and a certified
associate with Emergenetics International.
