Professional Conversion Programme

PROFESSIONAL CONVERSION PROGRAMMES

Professional Conversion Programmes (PCP) help mid-career professionals to reskill and prepare for a sustainable career in a different industry and job role. Mid-career professionals will undergo structured training and on-the-job training over a period of 3 to 12 months, depending on the programme and job requirements.

AS AN INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATING IN A PCP

Your employer will enrol you in a PCP with NUS. During the course of the PCP, you will acquire the knowledge and skills for your new job role through structured training delivered by NUS and our external partners. At the same time, you will undergo on-the-job training to apply the skills and knowledge you have gained.

For enquiries and registration of interest, please email ask.scale@nus.edu.sg.

AS AN EMPLOYER PARTICIPATING IN A PCP

Together with government agencies, professional bodies and trade associations, NUS will journey with you, from understanding your hiring needs to developing a company-based PCP tailored to your unique organisational needs as necessary. Throughout the journey, NUS will identify suitable candidates and advise you on the application process. You will enjoy course fee funding and wage support for the candidates enrolled in a PCP.

For enquiries and registration of interest, please email ask.scale@nus.edu.sg.

Types of PCP

The PCP for Digital Sales Executive is designed to reskill mid-career professionals for digital sales and business development jobs across various industries. Operating in the Place-and-Train model, participants must first be hired into a new role that is relevant to digital marketing and sales before they can embark on the 6-month PCP. The PCP, managed by SGTech, includes facilitated e-learning and classroom training by QuickDesk and NUS, and structured on-the-job training by participating employers.
