This was a good introduction to artificial intelligence. The course (AI and Machine Learning Begins With Me) provided knowledge of various algorithms that one should know before diving deeper into AI. Although it was only two days, I gained a better understanding in implementing AI development.

The (Data Analytics Begins With Me) course has equipped me with new data analytics tools. This allows me to have more options to choose from when performing data analytics. My biggest takeaway would be able to learn and acquire new skills such as open source data analytics tool.

This is a great introductory course (Professional Certificate in Digital Transformation – Digital Marketing and e-Commerce) for beginners who don’t have any knowledge of digital marketing. Concepts taught will be beneficial to anyone who plans to embark on a career in digital marketing. Ms Audrey Ling is extremely knowledgeable and provided many real-world examples.

Career-wise, the (Data-Driven Customer Experience) course provided an additional advantage and knowledge for myself. After going through this course, I can analyse the data to have a clearer picture and demonstrate a better understanding.

The (Future-Proof Businesses with Artificial Intelligence) course provides a good overview of how AI can be incorporated into businesses to improve performance. The applications of AI into different business contexts are discussed clearly which help us to understand the relevance and impacts of AI.
