Leading in Sustainability and Climate Change

Course Reference No: TGS-2023021787

Course Objective

Sustainability isn’t one thing, it’s the sum of many parts. Business leaders need to understand each component – from the science to its economics and governance – to navigate their businesses to thrive in the future. This pan-NUS executive programme aims to provide senior business leaders with insights on managing climate change, thinking about the risks and opportunities of managing climate change and making better decisions when navigating the political and business environment to achieve sustainability goals for their businesses.

At the end of the programme, participants will:

  • Appreciate what drives climate change, the policies and responses to the problem, and how to make better decisions when navigating the political and business environment to achieve sustainability goals.
  • Acquire tools to navigate the business, regulatory and technical aspects, and spot growth opportunities in sustainable practices.

Seize opportunities from all sides

The consensus among organisations around the world is that rising global temperatures pose a significant risk to social, economic, and ecological systems. Organisations need to act. But how, and how quickly? What are the opportunities in responding to climate challenges? What is the best way to navigate constantly changing compliance and reporting requirements?
