OVERVIEW

BTech in Engineering Preparatory Units (BEPUs), administered by NUS SCALE, are short refresher courses specially designed for diploma holders entering tertiary study. These Units are aimed at strengthening the foundation of students in Engineering Mathematics and basic engineering topics so that they will be able to cope better with the Bachelor of Technology (BTech) Programme, if they are admitted. The syllabi of these Units are designed to be similar to those required for the entrance examinations.

ELIGIBILITY

The BEPUs course is open to:

  1. Applicants/Students of the BTech in Engineering programmes at the National University of Singapore (NUS)
  2. Anyone with a Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent (Note: BEPU is not applicable to 2.5-year Part-time Local Diploma holders.)

Applicants who did not apply to the BTech programmes but who are interested to register for the BEPUs should complete this registration form and submit it with the necessary documents to scale.admissions@nus.edu.sg.

Payment details will be sent via email after a registration form is received.
