NUS collaborates with Korn Ferry on consultancy and training services
23 January 2019 – The National University of Singapore (NUS) has teamed up with global organisational consulting firm Korn Ferry to provide consultancy and training services to the general public.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed today that will leverage on the professional expertise of both parties over the course of the next three years.
The agreement is part of a series of signings that have been lined up this year for the university, to forge closer ties with various industry partners.
Professor Wei Kwok Kee, Dean of NUS SCALE, said: “NUS has been steadily ramping up our industry partnerships, and this afternoon’s MOU is testament to our university’s commitment to continue delivering industry-relevant programmes and courses that will upskill our workers and ensure that they are well-prepared for the digital workplace.”
Mr Andrew How, Vice Chairman of Korn Ferry, said: “To ensure that people are able to continuously learn and adapt in the ever-changing future of work, it will be critical to not only anticipate future needed skill sets but also embed learning agility into the workforce. Through this partnership with NUS SCALE, we hope to help organisations adapt by creating the right organisational and governance structures to build and deliver digital capabilities required for the new economy.”
