NUS collaborates with ST Logistics to future-proof workforce

31 January 2019 – The National University of Singapore (NUS) has signed an agreement with ST Logistics to upskill its workforce through the NUS All-You-Can-Learn (NUS AYCL) training model, a skills-based programme for employers.

Over the course of the next three years, the logistics company will send 1,500 staff for skills upgrading in areas that will be determined by both organisations. NUS will also customise courses for ST Logistics to meet its specific training needs.

The signing was held during a learning festival organised by ST Logistics and the Supply Chain Employees’ Union. It was witnessed by Guest of Honour Dr Koh Poh Koon, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Trade & Industry, and Deputy Secretary-General, National Trades Union Congress.

NUS’ latest AYCL MOU signing comes on the heels of several others in recent months – including ST Engineering, Keppel Offshore & Marine, and DSO National Laboratories.
