NUS SCALE ramps up its industry engagement with bumper crop of agreements to uplift workforce
24 July 2019 – The NUS School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (NUS SCALE) has teamed up with six industry partners to upskill its members with the knowledge and skills for the digital economy.
It today signed agreements with the ISACA Singapore Chapter, Singapore Logistics Association, Singapore Manufacturing Federation, Singapore National Employers Federation, Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association, and Tech Talent Assembly.
The collaborations will promote thought leadership and lifelong learning for the various sectors and its professionals. They will also comprise projects and initiatives that will enable these professionals to stay relevant and competitive, and be ready for opportunities in the digital economy.
Professor Susanna Leong, Vice Provost (Lifelong Education), said: “Amidst the disruptions in our workplace today and the need for our workforce to upskill continuously with the right skills, I’m heartened and confident that today’s six partnerships will go a long way to achieving this, and more.
